【摘要】:Thisclassificationcategorizesthedefinedtypesofrefractorybrick,withtheexceptionofchromebrick,intodistinctclassesbasedonanominalandminimalvalueformagnesiumoxidecontent.Chromebrickaretreatedasaseparateclasswithoutreferencetomagnesiumoxidecontent.Suchclasseshavehistoricallybeengenerallyusefulinrelatingthedefinedtypestospecificindustrialapplicationsandindevelopingproductorpurchasingspecifications.1.1Thisclassificationcategorizesmachine-maderefractorybrickdefinedaschrome,chrome-magnesia,magnesia-chrome,andmagnesiabrick(see3.1).Itdoesnotcoverproductsmadefromelectricallyfusedmagnesiumoxideortoproductsmadebyfusioncasting.Itspurposeistodescribeclassesdistinguishedbyobviousdifferencesinmagnesiumoxide(MgO)contentexceptforchromebrick.1.2Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:Thistestmethodcoversameansforthediscriminationbetweensolidandliquidmaterialswhichwillnotburninairwhenexposedtoatemperatureof1500?F(815.5?C)foraperiodof5minandthosewhichwilligniteandburnunderthesameconditions.Thistestmethodmaybeappliedtoanysubstancewhichisasolidorliquidatambienttemperatureandpressure.Thepurposeofthistestmethodistoprovideameansfortheclassificationoftheflammabilityhazardofmaterialsofhazarddegrees(F=0)and(F=1)orboth,inaccordancewiththedefinitionsofdegreesofflammabilityhazardasdefinedbyNFPA704(par.3.2.1).Thistestmethodshouldbeusedsubjecttothelimitationsthatnosinglefirehazardpropertysuchasflashpoint,ignitiontemperature,ortheperformanceundertheconditionsofthepresentmethodshallbeusedtodescribeorappraisethefirehazardorfireriskofamaterial,product,assemblyorsystemunderactualfireconditions.Firehazardpropertiesmeasuredundercontrolledlaboratoryconditionsmay,nevertheless,beemployedtodescribeproperlytheresponseofmaterials,products,assembliesorsystemsundersaidcontrolledconditions.Propertiesmeasuredundercontrolledlaboratoryconditionsmaybeusedaselementsofhazardorriskassessmentonlywhensuchassessmenttakesintoaccountallofthefactorsthatarepertinenttotheevolutionofthefirehazardofagivensituation.ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandardisusedtopredictorprovideaquantitativemeasureofthefirehazardfromaspecifiedsetoffireconditionsinvolvingspecificmaterials,products,orassemblies.Thisassessmentdoesnotnecessarilypredictthehazardofactualfireswhichinvolveconditionsotherthanthoseassumedintheanalysis.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
