【摘要】:InaccordancewithSpecificationD2227,shipmentsofTSR10andTSR20mustmeetaminimuminitialWallaceplasticity(Po)of30tobeaccepted.However,evenwiththisminimumrestriction,theuncuredviscoelasticorx201C;processabilityx201D;propertiesareallowedtovarygreatly.Thisvariationinpropertiescansignificantlyaffectthequalityandefficiencyofafactoryoperation.BalesofTSR10orTSR20whicharelowerintheiruncuredelasticquality(x201C;softx201D;rubber)insomecasesmayimpartbetterprocessingpropertiestotireinnerliners,cushiongums,andsidewalls.x201C;Softx201D;balessometimesimpartbetterbuildingtack,bettermoldflow,andlowerextrusiondieswellwithbetterdimensionalstability.Also,thesex201C;softx201D;rubberbalesmaydissolvefasterinsolventsforadhesiondipping.BalesofTSR10orTSR20thatarehigherintheiruncuredelasticquality(x201C;hardx201D;rubber)insomecasesgenerategreatershearingduringtheinitialstagesofafactorymix,whichresultinafasterbreakdownandashortermixcycle.Therefore,inafactoryoperation,sometimessegregatingTSR10orTSR20shipmentsintox201C;softx201D;andx201C;hardx201D;categoriescanimprovetheefficiencyandqualityofafactoryoperation.1.1ThispracticecoversthesortingofnaturalrubberbalesofTSR10orTSR20inthefactoryaccordingtotheirpredictedprocessingperformancebasedondifferencesinviscoelasticproperties.1.2Thispracticedetermineswhichbalesshouldbeusedinfactorycompoundswhichbenefitfromusing"soft"naturalrubberversuswhichworkbetterwith"hard"naturalrubber.
