【摘要】:TheRadioDataSystem,RDS,isintendedforapplicationtoVHF/FMsoundbroadcastsintherange87.5MHzto108.0MHzwhichmaycarryeitherstereophonic(pilot-tonesystem)ormonophonicprogrammes.ThemainobjectivesofRDSaretoenableimprovedfuntionalityforFMreceiversandtomakethemmoreuser-friendlybyusingfeaturessuchasProgrammeIdentification,ProgrammeServicenamedisplayandwhereapplicable,automatictuningforportableandcarradios,inparticular.Therelevantbasictuningandswitchinginformationthereforehastobeimplementedbythetype0group(see3.1.5.1),anditisnotoptionalunlikemanyoftheotherpossiblefeaturesinRDS.

【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletothemeasurementofpartialdischargeswhichoccurinelectricalapparatus,componentsorsystemswhentestedwithalternatingvoltagesupto400Hzorwithdirectvoltage.Thisstandard–definesthetermsused;–definesthequantitiestobemeasured;–describestestandmeasuringcircuitswhichmaybeused;–definesanalogueanddigitalmeasuringmethodsrequiredforcommonapplications;–specifiesmethodsforcalibrationandrequirementsofinstrumentsusedforcalibration;–givesguidanceontestprocedures;–givessomeassistanceconcerningthediscriminationofpartialdischargesfromexternalinterference.Theprovisionsofthisstandardshouldbeusedinthedraftingofspecificationsrelatingtopartialdischargemeasurementsforspecificpowerapparatus.Itdealswithelectricalmeasurementsofimpulsive(short-duration)partialdischarges,butreferenceisalsomadetonon-electricalmethodsprimarilyusedforpartialdischargelocation(seeannexF).Diagnosisofthebehaviourofspecificpowerapparatuscanbeaidedbydigitalprocessingofpartialdischargedata(seeannexE)andalsobynon-electricalmethodsthatareprimarilyusedforpartialdischargelocation(seeannexF).Thisstandardisprimarilyconcernedwithelectricalmeasurementsofpartialdischargesmadeduringtestswithalternatingvoltage,butspecificproblemswhicharisewhentestsaremadewithdirectvoltageareconsideredinclause11.Theterminology,definitions,basictestcircuitsandproceduresoftenalsoapplytotestswithotherfrequencies,butspecialtestproceduresandmeasuringsystemcharacteristics,whicharenotconsideredinthisstandard,mayberequired.AnnexAprovidesnormativerequirementsforperformancetestsoncalibrators.
