【摘要】:Anaccountabilityandqualitycontrolsystemisestablishedbylaboratorymanagementtoimprovethequalityofitsresults.Itprovidesdocumentedrecordswhichservetoassureusersofthelaboratoryrsquo;servicesthataspecifiedlevelofprecisionisachievedintheroutineperformanceofitsmeasurementsandthatthedatareportedwereobtainedfromthesamplessubmitted.Thesystemalsoprovidesfor:earlywarningtoanalystswhenmethodsorequipmentbegintodevelopabiasorshowdeteriorationofprecision;theprotectionandretrievabilityofdata(results);traceabilityandcontrolofsamplesastheyareprocessedthroughthelaboratory;goodcommunicationofsampleinformationbetweensubmitters,analysts,andsupervision;andinformationonsampleprocessinghistory.Thisguidedescribessuchasystem.Otheraccountabilityandqualitycontrolprogramscanbedeveloped.Suchprogramscanbeequivalenttotheprograminthisguideiftheyprovideallofthebenefitsmentionedabove.1.1Thisguidecoverstheessentialaspectsofanaccountabilityandqualitycontrolprogramforachemicalanalysislaboratory.Thereasonsforestablishingandoperatingsuchaprogramarediscussed.
