【摘要】:ThispartofISO8254specifiesamethodformeasuringthespecularglossofpaperatanangleof75°tothenormaltothepapersurface.Althoughitschiefapplicationistocoatedpapers,itmayalsobeusedforglossyuncoatedpaperssuchassupercalenderedpapers.NOTE1Thismethoddoesnotprovideanassessmentofimage-reflectingqualityandshouldnotbeusedforcast-coated,lacquered,highlyvarnishedorwaxedpapersorforhigh-glossinkfilms.Forthesepurposes,measurementsatotherangles,forexample20°arepreferred,althoughthepresentmethodhasbeenshowntobesuitableforglossmeasurementsofmostotherinkfilmsonpaperorpaperboard.DifferencesinthecolourandthediffusereflectancesoftheseinkfilmshaveanegligibleeffectonglossmeasuredaccordingtothisInternationalStandard.Forexample,measurementsonwhiteandblacksurfaceswhichareotherwiseidenticalgiveavalueforthewhitesurfacethatislessthanoneglossunithigherthanthevaluefortheblacksurface.NOTE2ThemethodsspecifiedinISO2813:1978,Paintsandvarnishes—Measurementofspecularglossofnon-metallicpaintfilmat20°,60°and85°,maybeapplicabletocertaingradesofpaper.
